The site is in two parts and lies on the outer side of the inner ring road to the north east of the City Centre, on the boundary of the central business area. The 2/3 star ‘budget’ Hotel comprises 93 bedrooms, restaurant, lounge bar and meetings facilities with designated staff accommodation and associated parking. The hotel is to be operated by Groupe Envergure under their “Campanile” brand. Architecture Limited were employed as Client’s Agent, Architects, Party Wall Surveyors, Planning Supervisors and Interior Designers on this Design and Build Project.
