Architecture Limited were appointed to obtain Planning Permission for the refurbishment of 29 railway arches which stradled two Planning Authorities (Wandsworth and Lambeth Borough Councils). The solution comprised six templates ranging from low, dual access, single storey shell and core industrial units to large single access industrial units with mezzanine floors. An external elevational treatment was evolved to allow a standardisation, whilst accommodating the inevitable variations in arch width and height.
