Architecture Limited were appointed to provide feasibility study options for the refurbishment of five railway arches. Several option appraisals have been produced and are currently being considered by the client. We have also been appointed to produce a planning application, Building Regulations submission and a tender information package upon completion of the feasibility stage. The scheme involves the refurbishment of 12,300 sq ft of low grade industrial and storage space into highly serviced and flexible commercial space which will include retail as well as industrial usage.
