The site occupies a prominent location adjacent to London City Airport. We assisted our client in preparing their bid for the site, preparing sketch proposals and acting as their agent in preparing the submission. The development provided hotel accommodation for Groupe Envergure and incorporated two of their hotel ‘brands’ - The four star Bleu Marine is contained in the crescent shaped block. The linear block contains Campanile accommodation, their 2/3 star brand, along with restaurant and conference facilities. The proposal contains a total of 475 bedrooms and 1000m2 of public facilities.
