Developer Housing Upper Lodge and Upper Lodge Mews, Bushy Park: This is a £7.5m scheme to convert seven listed buildings and build three new houses in a former military establishment in a Royal Park. Involved extensive ground remediation and asbestos removal, consultations with HSE etc, and the provision of method statements and tuition for the Contractors operatives. Garrett Lane, SW17: A scheme to refurbish and extend an existing house into seven flats. The work included limited access from the street, the formation of a new basement and the creation of an additional floor.
