Offices Mary Ward House: This is a Grade 1 and neighbouring Grade II* listed building occupied by National Institute for Social Work, with whom we have worked on multiple projects, including a £3m lottery bid. Whilst in other employment our staff have also been involved with: Refurbishment and extension of office accommodation with new multi deck service roads, loading docks, atrium to provide new circulation spaces and offices. Refurbishment of two office developments on campus, complete with extensions to basements involving mini piling and new structural frames. Extensive asbestos removal, removal of hazardous materials from former research areas. Additional new build office block and multi deck car park. Role extended to site inspections.
