Specialist Upper Tooting Road, SW17. This was a scheme to refurbish and extend an existing mixed use Housing and retail unit. We were called in only after the HSE had discovered that a Planning Supervisor had not been appointed. The appointment included liaising with the HSE, Contractor and Client to compile a retrospective Health & safety Plan and to advise the Contractor on Health & safety issues. Our appointment included site Health & safety inspections. Whilst in other employment our staff have also been involved with: New Print Works and Editorial Offices: Two new buildings of approximately 5,500m2 each. Additionally acted as Planning Supervisor for installation of Print Equipment to the value of £16 million by German sub-contractor. Phased handover of site and equipment.
