Architecture Limited can: Keep copies of titles, searches, leases and licences, rent review memoranda and awards, party wall awards, planning and building regulation consents and the like. Keep up to date records of occupancies including rents, fees, service charges, ground rents, arrears and insurances. Deal with rent reviews, lease termination, options and other events. Attend to tenants alterations, changes of use, sublets and lease variations. Keep copies of all contracts. Keep
copies of fire certificates and statutory consents.
Maintain and keep up to date Health & Safety Plans and Files and ensure conformance to Construction (Design & Maintenance) Regulations and Health & Safety legislation in general. Make appropriate and timeous response to all legal notices, and advise on and implement action accordingly
