PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES In 1993, Architecture Limited began to look after property developed for enterprise zone property trusts, each with particular technical and commercial problems. We have the expertise and facilities for managing and stabilising problematic investments. Our staff work alongside architects and building surveyors, and are able to take on professional and technical tasks such as building survey reports, maintenance planning, dealing with rates, planning and building control permissions, grant applications, party wall matters designing, specifying, tendering and supervising major maintenance and alteration works, or even new buildings. The in-house team of caretaker handymen is equipped with tools and vehicles, and able to take on nearly all day to day maintenance tasks.
